Since July 1, 2023, anyone eligible for a Florida Concealed Weapon License may carry a concealed handgun without one, provided they carry ID and show it to an officer who asks. A 2025 appeals ruling also ended enforcement of the open carry ban. Martin County is in Zone C. DuPuis WMA and J.W. Corbett WMA to the south and west hold deer, hogs and turkey under their own quota and area rules.
